Serving your mental health needs
Strengths-based counseling for children, teens, young adults, couples and families.

A strengths-based, client-centered approach
I believe that people do the best with what they have.
Trauma, stress, anxiety and adverse life experiences can, at times, derail us from being our “best.” My role as a therapist is to help you reach your pinnacle. I always work from a strengths-based and client-centered focus. The client is the expert of their own life, but I serve as an agent for change to assist in developing, applying and supporting therapeutic growth.
I have over 14 years of experience in the mental health field. In my 12 years of direct clinical experience, I have worked with a wide range of ages and family system dynamics, including foster, adoptive and extended families. I specialize in challenging youth, young adults and family systems.
My goal as a therapist is to help you and your family through your difficult life situation. We will work together to find the resiliency to sustain your progress and continue growing toward your goals.
